V Festival Rumors

Anybody have any updates about verve canceling V , if the do i may aswell sell my ticket off.

What a load of bollox.  

They even got the Maida Vale interview wrong! I listened quite closely last Tuesday, and at no time did Richard say "my only desire is to be a solo artist" !!!!! He said "I see no reason why my solo stuff can't continure alongside The Verve".  Bit of a difference there The Sun.

The sun always wants to wind people up. It's like they are wanting the Verve to break up

They don’t really help themselves! All the talk in the interview of spending as little time around each other as possible and then Nick’s paddy in Japan over the sound, it just gives the gutter press ammunition to print crap like this. We all knew that they are not back as best buds but to highlight it in interviews is just asking for trouble.

I agree,

If they finish off with a bow together at the weekend ill be very happy.
