FORTH download for those who preordered the box set edition?...what does "Entire album as a download sent to you before general release date." mean?
if it's a week in advance - COME ON!
and: what about that "ask the verve?" thingy?

Yeah, that ask the verve seems to have got forgotton!
Maybe they didn't know the answers! 
We should get our download tomorrow (well later today...)

I've just emailed Ollie McCormack from Big Life about that, don't know whether I'll hear back though... 50 questions were supposed to be answered with the top 2 questions as picked by the band winning tickets to V.

The official site now says the free download will be available "before 25th" (previously they said it would be available one week earlier on 18th).

I've just had a reply back from Ollie regarding the Ask The Verve questions:

well, FORTH is now on myspace, full versions of all ten songs to listen to.
i guess it's about time for the download version NOW.

just got an email saying downlaod for those who preordered the boxset will be available from sun 24th
yeah. that's AGES before general release date

Good job we've got the album now or I'd be well and truly p'd off by that. They definately said before we pre-ordered it would be available on 18th August.

i AM truely pissed off by that.
i mean, the original offer said "a week before general sale" resp. "august 18th"...now they even put it on myspace before those who paid for it get it!
they say it is that late because they want to prevent it from leaking
in what kind of "bubble" do they live?!
next thing will be the "exclusive" box set will turn up in the shops?
